We understand what home really means to you

A home is set of inter related systems and components with some parts that last indefinitely (like foundation, wood framing, masonry) and some need to be replaced at the end of their life cycle (like furnaces, water heaters and roofs). With different lifestyles and activities every home behaves differently and reacts to the people living in them. For most people a home is the largest investment in which they invest both emotionally and financially.

Why you need home inspector?

Home inspectors provide tremendous value, helping buyers and home owners determine the condition of properties. A professional home inspection is also an education in home ownership, providing extensive information on the care and preservation of a home. A home inspection is one of the best investments you can make, whether you are buying a house or already own one. Home inspectors follow a standard of practice set out by an association. The Standards of Practice can be found on The Ontario Association of Home Inspectors’ website – www.oahi.com.
